ROSEWOOD RESTAURANT

Rosewood was conceptualised as a garden that would become an integral part of the restaurant dining experience. Located at a busy traffic junction in a dense urban area, the intention was to create an experiential space that would feel very different to the guests’ everyday surroundings. Planting became the main character of the project, creating a sequence of enclosed, cosy dining spaces and pathways. The planting is deliberately abundant and slightly untamed, creating a feeling of wilderness within the dense urban setting and an immersive experience for the guests.
